Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $17.50 – $18..50/hour (based on experience)

Shift:Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

We’re hiring Machine Operators for a precision manufacturing company in Rochester, NY. This role is ideal for candidates with experience operating production machinery in industries like aerospace, optics, or medical device manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:Operate machinery to manufacture components to exact specifications
Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality
Record production data accurately and follow written instructions
Assist with basic machine maintenance and report mechanical issues
Follow safety and cleanroom procedures consistently
Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience operating manufacturing or industrial equipment preferred
Familiar with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Able to interpret basic blueprints or work instructions
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
High school diploma or GED required
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
