Dreams Travel CR is seeking a passionate Travel Experience Coordinator who loves tourism and customer service. This role is perfect for individuals looking to work remotely with a flexible schedule while creating unique and memorable travel experiences for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and personalize travel experiences based on each client’s needs and preferences.
- Provide comprehensive guidance on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Manage bookings and ensure detailed follow-up on each itinerary.
- Ensure a smooth and satisfying experience before, during, and after the trip.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Access to internet and a personal device (computer or smartphone).
- Interest or experience in travel/tourism is a plus (not required).
- Ability to work independently.
