About the Role:
Join NYC Behavior Specialists LLC as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Brooklyn, NY, where you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families. We are dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support client progress.
- Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay updated on best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech therapy.
