Finance and Operations AP/ AR
Whisperts Acoustics, Inc. is growing, and we are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable professional to join our team in New York City.
This role is critical to our daily operations and financial organization. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and communicates clearly — someone who doesn’t need to be managed step-by-step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process vendor payments and track confirmations
- Follow up on outstanding invoices
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
- Support project cost tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with vendors and internal team to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong English communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-driven and proactive — able to take initiative without constant supervision
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Someone who identifies problems and brings solutions
- Creative thinker who is open to improving processes and not just following routines
- Dynamic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year
- Performance-based bonus
- 2 weeks paid vacation
