Software Engineer - Solutions

Our platform leverages the latest in AI and machine learning to deliver scalable, intelligent automation. As we rapidly scale, we're looking for a talented Solutions Engineer that can work hand-in-hand with our product development and go-to-market teams and with large enterprise customers to design and develop novel multi-agent AI solutions for specific customer use cases using the Artian Intelligence Platform.
Please note : This position is on-site in New York, with some flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand their pre-sales needs, guide their AI strategy, and identify the highest value use cases and applications.
Work with business and technical teams to demonstrate the value of our solutions and recommend architectural patterns to kickstart their implementation and development.
Design and build PoCs and pilot use cases in a very rapid development, iteration and deployment environment.
Collaborate with the product management, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive improvements in our core product and solution offerings.
Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs related to common questions and requirements discovered during the pre-sales process.
Develop and nurture strong customer relationships during the evaluation, validation, and purchasing process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
5+ years of experience in a software engineering role, working in cloud environments like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Strong experience in forward deployed solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar role, managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
Experience in AI/ML environments, supporting machine learning operations (MLOps/LLMOps/AIOps) and data pipelines.
AWS/GCP/Azure certifications.
