Home Time: Work for 3-4 weeks out on the road, followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing for a balance between strong earnings and quality family time.

Equipment: Operate 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, outfitted with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for maximum comfort during your journeys.

Freight: All freight is 100% no-touch, featuring refrigerated routes throughout all 48 states, including specialized East Coast and Pacific Northwest runs.

Compensation: Expect to earn between $1,600 and $1,800 weekly, with a $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered, paid in $150 installments for the first 10 weeks, plus a year-end 10% profit share bonus.

Running Area: Cover OTR across all 48 states, with diverse refrigerated freight routes to maximize your income potential.
