ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER – GLOBAL NAIL CARE

Sally Hansen is on a mission to accelerate the growth of its Artificial Nail and Beauty Solutions category. We are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager, Global Nail Care, ABL, B&D to support the Director/Category lead in the development of the strategic objectives and innovation roadmap for the assigned categories on a global scale.

The ideal candidate must have some experience in the beauty/cosmetics segments with a strong foundation in both product development and global brand marketing. They must possess the analytical and market assessment skills necessary to identify opportunities for growth, coupled with a creative and innovative approach to product development. This role demands a passion for beauty innovation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across various functions and geographies.

QUALIFICATIONS

We’d love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

• 4 year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field
• 2-5 years relevant work experience in marketing or brand management.

• Experience in beauty/tools/hair removal/personal care/color cosmetics, nail marketing and product development.
• Passion for beauty and cosmetics
• Creative, beauty sensibility and trend savvy.

Desirable:

• Additional education in Product Design, Material Science, or Fashion Design is an advantage.
• Experience working with R&D and leading creative projects end-end in partnership with cross functional team.

• Base Salary: $80,000-$95,000 + bonus
