Key Responsibilities:

• Support project managers in overseeing all phases of low-voltage and structured cabling projects from initiation to closeout.
• Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure alignment with client requirements and scope.
• Coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality installations.
• Conduct site walks, inspections, and progress tracking to maintain safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
• Serve as a secondary client contact, assisting with communication, documentation, and project updates.
• Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, as-builts, material logs, and reports.
• Support procurement of materials, equipment, and vendor coordination.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving project challenges promptly.
• Ensure compliance with BICSI , TIA/EIA , and NEC standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes and team development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in telecommunications or low-voltage project coordination or management.
• Working knowledge of Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, and fiber optic systems .
• Familiarity with BICSI , ANSI/TIA , and NEC standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with AutoCAD , project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite .
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
• BICSI certification (RCDD, RTPM, or Installer/Technician) preferred but not required.
