Radiation Therapist (Contract Role)
Location: Watertown, New York 13601
Duration: 13 week
Shift: 8hr Days; (8am-4:30p)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $2,720 - $2,960

Key Responsibilities:- Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients according to the treatment plan developed by the Radiation Oncologist.
- Operate radiation equipment such as linear accelerators, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Accurately position patients and adjust equipment to deliver precise doses of radiation.
- Monitor patients during treatment for any adverse reactions and provide appropriate care.
- NY LICENSE IS REQUIRED
- One year of radiologic/imaging experience. REQUIRED
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists as Radiation Therapy (T)
- Current BCLS certification.
