Client Coordinator
We are seeking an organized and client-focused Client Coordinator to join our team. The Client Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout all interactions. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to client satisfaction and play a vital role in fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
Coordinate client onboarding, project timelines, and deliverables.
Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely project execution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, contracts, and documentation.
Schedule and organize client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and address issues proactively.
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify new opportunities and upsell services.
Prepare regular client status updates and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality agreements, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in client services, account coordination, or related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and client management software (e.g., CRM systems).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
High level of professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction.
Hourly Pay Rate:
$22 - $32 per hour
