Principals manage consulting engagements, provide direction to entire staff, present client recommendations and participate in business development activities. Responsibilities include:- Develop client relationships, prepare proposals and support business development activities
- Lead, structure and provide thought leadership for client engagements
- Manage client engagements and provide direction for Engagement Managers, Associates and Analysts
- Interview customers, competitors, suppliers and industry participants
- Analyze strategic, market, competitive, product and channel issues
- Develop findings, conclusions and recommendations
- Present project results to clients
