  • Identify opportunities to streamline or enhance resourcing processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Use data and qualitative insight to flag trends, risks, and opportunities related to capacity, skills, and staffing mix.

People Partnership & Relationship Building

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding assignments, workload balance, and development considerations.
  • Build trusted relationships across levels, cohorts, and practice areas, becoming a go-to partner on resourcing and workload questions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of individual team members’ backgrounds, expertise, working styles, and career aspirations.
  • Partner closely with the People Teamto surface skill gaps, training needs, and longer-term talent considerations.

Broader Business & Special Projects

  • Flex into operational, people, or BD/commercialprojectswhen resourcing demands allow, supporting evolving business priorities across the U.S. S&C platform.
  • Act as a connective tissue across global S&C, other business segments and functions (e.g. People Team, Finance), helping translate information and align ways of working.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in resourcing, people operations, talent operations, chief of staff, project management, consulting or professional services operations roles.
