We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Equipment Service/Maintenance Technician to join a growing team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and fully operational facility, offering the opportunity to work in a well-maintained, climate-controlled environment. Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment, and structural elements
• Replenish restroom supplies including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Clean and disinfect restrooms thoroughly, including fixtures, floors, and mirrors
• Remove trash from offices, restrooms, kitchen, and other areas throughout the facility
• Clean and mop front office, reception areas, and additional spaces as required
• Maintain the break room on a daily basis, including scheduled refrigerator cleaning
• Sweep or dry mop storage and production areas regularly
• Conduct daily inspections of the exterior grounds, addressing cleanliness and waste removal
• Monitor and track inventory of cleaning and restroom supplies weekly, reporting needs as required
