Floor Manager – Lonnie’s Bar
Lonnie’s Bar is hiring an experienced Floor Manager to join our growing team in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn.
We’ve been incredibly lucky to be embraced by the neighborhood and are looking for someone excited to help take the restaurant to the next level. We’re seeking candidates with experience in thoughtful, hospitality-driven restaurants that focus on seasonal menus, natural wines, strong cocktails, and memorable guest experiences.
We’re looking for ambitious, detail-oriented hospitality professionals who genuinely love restaurants, service, food, wine, cocktails, and creating meaningful experiences for guests and staff alike.
Responsibilities May Include:- Guaranteeing exceptional guest satisfaction and overall experience
- Leading and working floor service alongside the team
- Maintaining the physical restaurant space, organization, and supplies
- Supporting sales goals, labor management, and operational budgets
- Daily POS maintenance and troubleshooting using Toast POS
- Ensuring Health Department compliance and operational standards
- Creating and maintaining clear communication between ownership and staff
- Supporting team culture, accountability, and service standards
- Assisting with training, systems, and day-to-day operational flow
