Responsibilities

  • Research a variety of topics for providing information and recommendations.
  • Exercise independent judgment in operational matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is imperative.
  • 5-7 years providing administrative and/or personal support at the executive level required.
  • Strong experience within Microsoft Windows and MAC environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat X.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion with confidential information.
  • Ability to prioritize work and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
