Technical Writer
Job Title: Technical Writer IAM & PAM
Location: Remote
Type: Contract (1 Year) OR Permanent (FTE)
Summary:
Seeking a Technical Writer with strong experience in deployment, migration documentation, and compliance within enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update documentation for IAM/PAM deployments, server provisioning, and notifications.
- Author and maintain migration documents for systems/platforms, ensuring quality assurance and asset recovery.
- Develop compliance and audit materials for regulatory reviews.
- Present and organize manuals, storyboards, and training content for strategic initiatives.
- Utilize tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, HTML, adhering to SDLC standards.
Qualifications:

B.Sc. and 5+ years as Senior Technical Writer in financial or enterprise IT settings.

Proven experience in migration, compliance, and audit documentation.

Strong skills with documentation software and stakeholder communication.

Familiarity with IAM/PAM processes and compliance requirements.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in documenting complex IT operations, migrations, and regulatory compliance for large organizations.
