Injection Molding Automation Tech

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Injection Molding Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining injection molding machines to ensure the production of high-quality parts while meeting safety, quality, and production standards. Responsibilities

Reports directly to the Plant Manager
 Set up molds, including robot and end of arm fixtures
 Molding machine Startups and Shut downs
 Properly purge machine for color changes and mold changes
 Comply and understand safety rules and company policies. Maintain a safe work environment
following Company’s safety standards.
 Molding machine Preventive Maintenance.
 Maintains the continual production flow of parts, supplying boxes and supplies, mixing
materials accurately, weighing and sealing cartons, generate labels, removing completed skids
to warehouse with tickets and proper labels.
 Maintain Resin, Regrind and Color inventory.
 Maintain resin and color racks.
 Install and remove injections molds.
 Perform Sample runs for new molds, colors and resin.
 Set-up processes to ensure cycle times and product quality consistently conform to
specifications and standards.
 Troubleshoot molding problems and make necessary adjustments to processes or equipment
to maximize efficiency and product quality.
 Perform cleaning and general maintenance tasks
