What You'll Do / Job Summary:

The Senior Field Technician plays a critical role in delivering exceptional outside services, including estimating, pack-outs, rush deliveries, short-term deliveries, final deliveries, on-site cleaning services, drapery rehanging, and other field-related activities. This position serves as a mentor to Field Technicians and assumes the responsibilities of the Field Operations Manager in their absence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of various outside services, including estimating, pack-outs, deliveries, on-site cleaning services, drapery rehanging, and other field-related activities.
• Handle rush orders and short-term deliveries promptly, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and customer requirements.
• Serve as a mentor to Field Technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help team members improve their performance.
• Assume the responsibilities of the Field Operations Manager in their absence, overseeing field operations and ensuring the smooth execution of all tasks and services.
• Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service at all times.
• Delegate tasks effectively, monitor progress, and provide direction to ensure that service delivery targets are met.
• Interact with customers in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations by consistently delivering high-quality services and demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.

What We'll Love About You:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience in field services, restoration, or a related field, with a strong understanding of service delivery processes and best practices.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to effectively mentor and supervise team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
