Associate Digital Strategist

Role overview
We are looking for an Associate Digital Strategist to join our growing team in the US. You will use your understanding and interpretation of customer behavior to conceptualize inventive and original strategies as part of a team that enhances digital experiences for our clients.
We work with clients to primarily ensure that their content and communications are performing well and resonating with the right audiences. Brandwidth do this by using detailed data analysis combined with our expertise & creativity, disruptive thinking and by utilizing the latest digital innovations.
This role will involve a broad range of work across most of the key digital communication channels and will likely keep you learning daily and moving the needle on our performance from the outset.
Brandwidth in the US are primarily are a remote-based company, with an office space in central NYC where the US team come together periodically to socialize and work collaboratively.
As an Associate Digital Strategist at Brandwidth, you will:
Analyze and interpret simple data in order to advise strategically on CX and content improvements on client platforms.
Support ongoing web page optimization by identifying testing opportunities, coordinating the implementation process and helping turn performance insights into actionable site improvements.
As part of a multi-skilled team, help deliver market leading experience for the customer journeys across the different digital channels and sectors.
Support the Client Partnership & Strategy team with supplementary tasks such as desk research and the ownership of staging documents.
Contribute to presentations where digital strategy is being discussed and assisting with communication to stakeholders where analytical or research driven insight is required.
Help build trust and credibility, both internally and externally, through your knowledge, approach, and respectful ways of working.
Support our own internal marketing efforts, on occasion contributing with copywriting or social media content.
You will bring:
At least 2 or more years of experience in a similar type of agency or client environment.
Digital marketing experience and passion.
Strong communication skills for internal and client partnerships.
Organizational and project management skills.
Problem‑solving and analytical strengths, with a balanced approach to independent work and team collaboration.
A good understanding of customer journey optimization across a range of digital channels.
Any demonstrable experience of using customer data to inform strategies and creative ideas would be advantageous.
