Customer Service Representative
LaSalle Network is partnering with a reputable water solutions company to hire a Customer Service Representative. This individual will play a key role in supporting customers through phone communication, service scheduling, and billing inquiries in a structured, script-based environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls
- Schedule and coordinate service calls
- Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, invoicing, and contracts
- Follow established scripts and workflows to ensure consistent customer experience
- Utilize ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms to document and manage customer interactions
- Assist walk-in customers
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Prior experience using ERP systems
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Pay Rate: $22/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
