Role: Production Compensation Analyst (Finance)
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 base bonus
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Job Description:
The Production Compensation Analyst will support the end-to-end sales compensation process for Institutional and Intermediary teams. Responsibilities include calculating and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual commission payouts; analyzing compensation variances; preparing reporting and forecasts for senior management; and recording compensation-related expenses. This role partners closely with Payroll, HCM, Technology, and Coverage Management to ensure accurate execution and continuous process improvement. Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years of accounting or financial analysis experience, prior exposure to commission-based compensation, and advanced Excel skills.
