PC Migration Support Specialist (Multiple Sites Required)

Job Description:

PC Migration Specialist (CMMC Program Support) for a 5-8 week project

Role Summary

• Supports large-scale desktop and endpoint migration activities as part of ITT’s CMMC program. Responsible for

• Windows 10/11 migrations, endpoint provisioning, user cutovers, and post migration support in regulated

• Environments.

Primary Responsibilities

• • Execute PC refresh and migration activities

• • Deploy and configure endpoints via SCCM / Intune

• • Support user cutovers and hypercare

• • Troubleshoot OS, hardware, and application issues

• • Document activities for audit and compliance

Required Skills

• • Windows 10/11 enterprise support

• • SCCM / MECM, Intune

• • Active Directory / Entra ID

• • Microsoft 365 support experience

• Compliance Requirements

• • US Citizen or Permanent Resident

• • Ability to meet CMMC / ITAR access requirements

Work Conditions

• • High travel / on-site role (travel/lodging covered by client)

This is a Contract position based out of Seneca Falls, NY.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
