In this role, you'll manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting neighborhoods and generating new opportunities to presenting solutions, closing sales, and maintaining lasting customer relationships. What You'll Do

  • Prospect residential neighborhoods and generate new sales opportunities through door-to-door outreach.
  • Build rapport with homeowners through professional, face-to-face conversations.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that fit their goals.
  • Conduct product presentations and answer customer questions with confidence.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing the sale.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Represent Crossfield Partners with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

Required

  • Active insurance license
  • Minimum of three (3) years of insurance sales experience
  • Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
  • Comfortable working independently in a field sales environment
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to build trust and develop customer relationships
  • Willingness to work outdoors and meet customers face-to-face

Preferred

  • Door-to-door sales experience
  • Outside sales experience
  • Full cycle sales experience
  • Customer service or retail sales experience
  • Appointment setting or lead generation experience
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
