Accounting Secretary

Fast Paced busy 3 Partner CPA frim seeking an experienced full-time Accounting Secretary/Assistant
Responsibilities
- Type/Proof financials statements
- Prepare engagement letters and business correspondence
- Client follow-ups
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Mail distribution
- Manage office equipment
- Faxing, scanning, copying and other administrative functions
- Requisition of supplies
- Maintain filing system
- Light accounting
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Mail Merge
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Organization skills
- Reliable and an exceptional work ethic
- Overtime as needed
- Previous experience in an accounting office a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
