Marketing Manager (Cannabis)
Overview :
Cannabis Employment Pros is supporting a client that is dynamic and rapidly growing organization operating in the cannabis industry, telecommunications, and payment processing sectors. They are dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to customers while adhering to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Schedule : 2 days onsite in New Brunswick, NJ and 3 days a week in Brooklyn, NY
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention for the cannabis dispensary, T-Mobile services, and payment processing divisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns, including but not limited to digital advertising, social media, email marketing, events, and promotions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, print materials, signage, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes relevant to the cannabis, telecommunications, and payment processing industries.
- Cultivate relationships with external partners, vendors, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and drive strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with external agencies and contractors as needed to support marketing initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries such as cannabis, telecommunications, or finance is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
