Essential responsibilities
- Define and own the company’s product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities
- Partner with executive leadership to prioritize product investments and guide strategic decision-making across the organization
- Lead alignment with Engineering leadership to ensure scalable architecture, strong technical execution, and long-term platform health
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring effective prioritization, high-quality delivery, and predictable execution at scale
- Balance business needs, customer value, and technical investment when setting priorities across product and platform initiatives
- Establish and scale product management processes, frameworks, and operating models to support organizational growth
- Leverage data, KPIs, and market insights to inform strategy, measure success, and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure customer feedback and market dynamics are consistently incorporated into product direction and decision-making
- Guide technical product strategy, including platform architecture, data systems, and infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Support, and Operations to ensure strong product positioning, adoption, and customer experience
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product organization, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and ownership
- Act as a product evangelist, representing the company’s product vision internally and externally
Requirements
Location:
- Applicants must be based in the United States
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with significant leadership experience at the Director level or higher
- Proven track record of defining and executing product strategy at scale, driving measurable business outcomes
- Strong technical background with experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data, and Infrastructure teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence executive stakeholders
- Experience building, scaling, and mentoring high-performing product teams and leaders
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, prioritization, and modern software development practices
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, KPIs, and experimentation to inform decisions
- Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with near-term execution and delivery
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities
