Location: Larchmont, NY.

Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning (2 times per month).

Hours: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM (On Saturday, would be fine for three hours. That would be maybe quick kitchen clean and babysitting. It can be in addition to the 20 hours during the weekday. ).

Compensation: $30 to $40 per Hour.

Additional Benefits: 3 weeks paid time off.

Start Date: 9/2/2025.

A Larchmont, NY family is looking for a reliable household assistant to help with childcare and home management. Duties include morning routines and school drop-offs, laundry and ironing, grocery shopping and errands, organizing household spaces, light deep cleaning, and occasional meal prep. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and communicative.

Main Work Duties:

• Assist the children in the mornings with dressing, preparing, and getting to school.
• Tidy and organize the home daily, ensuring it remains guest-ready.
• Run errands such as dry cleaning, grocery shopping, and other household needs.
• Manage household laundry, including ironing.
• Organize toys, closets, and storage spaces; ensure play areas are neat and tidy inside and outside.
• Empty garbage, run/empty the dishwasher, and maintain general cleanliness.
• Support light household deep-cleaning tasks on a rotational basis (e.g., vacuuming drapes, wiping walls).
• Provide meal prep assistance as needed.
• Use the family vehicle responsibly for errands and transporting children.
• Communicate openly with the parents about household needs, children’s routines, and suggestions for improving daily operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ solid years experience has a family assistant/housekeeper.
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions precisely.
• Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
