We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including typing, data entry, office administration, and handling construction reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and efficient typing and data entry tasks.

• Handle various office administrative duties.

• Manage and process construction reports.

• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the office.

Essential Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to perform accurate and efficient typing and data entry tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Open to entry-level candidates.

• 1-3 years of administrative experience is preferred but not required.

• Experience does not need to be from the construction industry.

Work Environment

The role is based in the office with about 10 employees, operating Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmingdale, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
