Microelectronics assembler

Sensitron is looking for a Microelectronics Assembler to perform various mechanical processes on hybrid assemblies and electronic components. Responsibilities: - Performs assembly operations in the manufacturing process of electronic components using a variety of hand tools and equipment.- Perform various cleanroom operations, hand or furnace soldering, and mechanical assembly operations.- Perform assembly operations using written instructions and associated drawings.- Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.- Set up work as required, as well as movement of material.- Follow work instructions for specific operations.- Perform required work steps within specific cycle time.- May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.- Adhere to all quality and safety guidelines. Requirements: - One to two years' of electronic assembly, familiarity with electronics manufacturing and construction. Microelectronic assembly experience is preferred.- One to two years' experience and comfortability using a microscope.- Focus and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with attention to quality and protocols.- HSD/GED.- Good communication skills- Strong attention to detail- Experience with using a computer- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.- Good eye to hand coordination- Steady hands- Ability to work overtime.Sensitron Semiconductor is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
