What You'll Do
- Assess M&A deals and legal diligence
- Analyze purchase agreements and identify key risks
- Help craft innovative RWI coverage solutions
- Work directly with top private equity firms, strategics, and elite advisors
What We're Looking For
- J.D. and 2-5 years of M&A, PE, or corporate experience
- Strong deal instincts and commercial judgment
- Excellent communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in stepping out of traditional legal practice and into the business side of deal-making
