Heavy Lifter

We are seeking a reliable, physically fit Material Handler to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for manually lifting heavy components, moving parts throughout the facility, and securely wrapping pallets for shipment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and is comfortable working in an active, non-climate-controlled environment with warm temperatures.

Key Responsibilities

• Heavy Lifting & Handling: Manually move, lift, and stack heavy parts and materials weighing up to 50–75 lbs continuously throughout the shift.

• Pallet Wrapping & Staging: Efficiently hand-wrap or machine-wrap pallets to ensure cargo is secure, stable, and ready for transport or storage.

• Material Transport: Safely transfer parts, inventory, and completed pallets between production lines, staging areas, and loading docks using hand trucks or pallet jacks.

• Environment Resilience: Perform physical labor consistently in a warm, active warehouse setting.

• Quality & Safety: Inspect incoming/outgoing materials for damage and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace adhering to OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ lbs for an entire 8-hour shift.

• Comfort working in non-climate-controlled environments with high indoor temperatures during warmer months.

• High stamina and physical agility, including frequent bending, reaching, standing, and walking.

• Prior experience in warehouse work, material handling, or assembly is preferred but not required.

• Punctuality, and a focus on team safety.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• Exposure to ambient heat and warm indoor working conditions.

• Constant physical exertion, including heavy lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching.
