**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties; it's an opportunity to be a trusted partner, driving key initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and representing our firm at the highest level. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Be the CEO's Operational Anchor:**
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's demanding schedule, ensuring effective allocation of time across strategic priorities.
- Anticipate needs, prepare briefings, and follow through on critical action items to keep initiatives on track.
- Proactively identify and address potential distractions.

**Orchestrate High-Impact Operations:**
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison, balancing communication between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate board meetings, investor presentations, and high-stakes negotiations with precision and discretion.

**Lead Projects and Initiatives:**
- Collaborate with the CEO to drive key projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

**Elevate Team Productivity:**
- Implement systems and tools that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance collaboration.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in workflows, enabling the CEO and team to operate at their best.

**Office Management:**
- Oversee office operations, ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment.
- Manage supplies, vendors, and facilities, addressing any operational needs.
- Greet visitors with professionalism and hospitality, maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

**Sales Development Support:**
- Assist in identifying and researching potential business opportunities or partnerships.
- Help prepare materials, correspondence, and follow-ups to support the CEO's business development efforts.

**Personal Assistant Responsibilities:**
- Schedule non-work appointments and plan personal travel, vacations, and events.
- Manage personal purchases, RSVPs, and coordinate subscriptions/memberships.
- Handle personal documents, track expenses, manage prescriptions, run errands, and serve as the gatekeeper for personal communications, all while exercising the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

**Represent the CEO and the Firm:**
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, clients, and industry leaders as a professional ambassador for the CEO.
- Represent the CEO in meetings or events when needed, ensuring the firm's vision and values are communicated effectively.

**Own the Details:**
- Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and correspondence with exceptional attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, agreements, and records critical to the firm's operations.

**Who We Are Looking For:**

- **Experience:** 5+ years supporting C-suite executives, preferably in private equity, commercial real estate, or finance.

- **Savvy:** A knack for navigating complex business landscapes and maintaining discretion in sensitive matters.
- **Technology:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM platforms.
- **Adaptability:** Comfort in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with shifting demands.
- **Communication:** Polished verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to represent the CEO and firm professionally.
