Distribution Packer 1st shift

What you´ll do

• Receive, store, replenish, and pick products from warehouse locations to accurately fulfill customer orders.
• Palletize, wrap, load, and unload shipments, including handling carrier containers and production put‑aways using warehouse vehicles.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain high accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse operations.

What makes you a good fit

• High School/GED strongly preferred, or 6+ months relevant experience required.
• Ability to learn to operate a forklift.
• Able to work 1st shift 7:00 am-3:00 pm Monday-Friday
• 6 months experience
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds, as well as reaching, bending and stooping without restriction. Good manual dexterity needed.

The hourly pay range for this role is $ 18.50 and $ 22.00 . This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting.  This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location.
