SUMMARY: Provide quality and cost-effective primary care services to patient population, meeting their diverse health and social needs, under the supervision of a physician. The Chautauqua Center (TCC) expects all employees to respond and participate to emergency situation per emergency policies and procedures. This position will be covering at Dunkirk, South Dayton and Jamestown.Job Description/DutiesDistribute medications to patients in clinicDocumentation of all distributions within EHRTake refill requests from patients Take payments from patientsCommunicating patient needs to pharmacist or medical providerCommunicating with patients and coordinating deliveryMaintains contact with other departments, medical staff, and nursing staff to determine needs, resolve problemsAdhere to all guidelines set forth in the pharmacy policiesAdheres to standard procedures at The Chautauqua CenterAttend meetings as directedAvailability to work variable hours including evening or Saturdays as neededOther duties as assigned.Qualifications and ExperienceMust be organized and able to work independently under direction of Pharmacy Director.Must have a High School diploma or GED. Must exhibit a high degree of professional excellence, initiative, and a high standard of ethics. Must be physically able to stand for a long period of time and lift moderate weights.
