Business Representative - North America

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quarterly and monthly sales plans aligned with the company's annual business objectives.
- Drive business growth for the company's proprietary brand in North America across major department stores and boutique channels, including business negotiations, distribution, product placement, end-sale management, and accounts receivable collection.
- Identify and secure ODM business opportunities, managing the full sales lifecycle including negotiations, pricing, contract signing, reporting, and payment recovery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Identify potential clients, conduct follow-up visits, establish client profiles, and collect, organize, and report sales data from client touchpoints. Provide tailored solutions to ensure successful execution.
- Gather and analyze competitor information in the U.S. market and provide senior management with regular market analysis and forecasting reports.
- Collect customer feedback and requirements, relay them to internal teams, and propose product improvement suggestions to meet market demand.
Requirements
- Years of experience in sales management of men's apparel, with a strong preference for suits and shirts, within department stores or boutique retail channels.
- Expertise in customer relationship management and in-depth knowledge of the supply chain, purchasing, pricing, and payment processes of top North American department stores and buyers.
- Strong connections and working relationships with major North American retailers, such as NORDSTROM, SAKS, DILLARDS, MACY'S, COSTCO, TJ Maxx , and others.
- Proven market insight and strategic planning capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- A track record of successfully penetrating and expanding men's apparel (especially suits and shirts) within department stores or boutique retail channels.
