Clinical Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania PMHNP-BC licensure with prescriptive authority and active DEA registration.
- Experience with psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Ability to diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions
- Comfort treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, etc.
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and medication monitoring
- Experience working collaboratively with therapists
- Interest in holistic/integrative mental health approaches
- Comfort supporting college-aged clients and young adults
- Experience with trauma-informed care
- Ability to build rapport and foster therapeutic relationships
- Interest in contributing to a growing practice culture
Experience Expectations
- 1–3+ years of outpatient psychiatric experience
- Experience with both adolescents and adults
- Prior telehealth experience
- Familiarity with EHR systems

Competitive percentage-based compensation model with strong earning potential. Compensation is based on a percentage of collected revenue and supported by full administrative, billing, credentialing, and referral support.

Total Administrative Support
Our Founder, Clinic Coordinator, Insurance Specialist, and Support Staff manage the administrative side of the practice so you can focus on providing exceptional client care. Our support team assists with scheduling, referrals, billing, insurance coordination, and marketing to create an efficient and streamlined workday.

What You’ll Do
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will:
Provide Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications, and provide ongoing medication management for adolescents and/or adults.
Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team
Work closely with therapists, support staff, and outside providers to ensure clients receive coordinated, holistic care.
Support Whole-Person Wellness

We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Hybrid Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide both in-person and telehealth services.
