This role is perfect for experienced coaches who want scale, flexibility, and impact .
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 career coaching sessions
- Support resume, LinkedIn, and interview strategy
- Help candidates interpret Employability Scores and role matches
- Track outcomes and candidate progress
Qualifications
- Proven experience in career coaching, recruiting, or leadership development
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Experience with professionals in competitive fields preferred
