Air Duct Cleaning Technician

We’re hiring several Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join a long‑standing team with great benefits, steady work, and a supportive environment.
The Key Responsibilities for this Air Duct Cleaning Technician:
Perform residential air duct, dryer vent, and indoor air quality cleaning
Operate cleaning equipment, hoses, vacuums, and tools safely and effectively
Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure high‑quality results
Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and service vehicle
Greet homeowners professionally and explain the cleaning process
Answer basic questions and provide excellent customer service
Respect customer property and ensure a clean work area upon completion
Meet at the shop each morning and travel to job sites with the team
Complete 2 residential jobs per day on average
Assist with loading/unloading equipment and preparing for each service call
Document work performed and communicated any issues to the supervisor
Follow company safety procedures and use proper PPE
Identify potential hazards and report concerns
Ensure safe operation of all tools and equipment
Qualifications for this Air Duct Cleaning Technician:
Prior experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or home services is helpful but not required
Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, and climbing ladders
Strong customer service skills and professional appearance
Reliable, punctual, and able to work steady hours
Valid driver’s license preferred
