Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant to support a long-term engagement with a leading financial services organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of PeopleSoft technical expertise and functional knowledge, coupled with extensive experience in the Wealth Management domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
  
• Design and implement PeopleSoft technical and functional solutions
  
• Develop and support integrations using Integration Broker
  
• Create and maintain Application Engine programs and PeopleCode customizations
  
• Provide functional support across AP, GL, and Asset Management modules
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions
  
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and performance optimization
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  
• Prepare technical and functional documentation as required
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 10–15 years of overall IT and PeopleSoft experience
  
• Strong background in the Financial Services industry
  
• Extensive experience within Wealth Management environments
  
• Hands-on experience with:
  • PeopleCode
    
  • Application Engine
    
  • Integration Broker
    
  • SQL
    
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and development lifecycle
  
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
