Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer
Compensation: $135,000-$175,000 plus equity. Comprehensive healthcare and 401(k) included.
Minimum Experience Required: 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time.

Your Role: As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll design and implement features across the entire technologies stack, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. You'll drive architectural decisions and technical direction, mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices.

Qualifications:
5+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate your skills.
Strong proficiency in both frontend (React) and backend (Node.js, Python) technologies, demonstrating versatility in your skill set.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with serverless architectures to enhance scalability and reduce operational overhead.
Background in scaling applications to handle increased user demand and ensure reliability.
