Your New Role

• Location: Long Island, NY

• Manage the purchasing of HVAC parts, materials, and supplies to support field technicians

• Coordinate pickups and deliveries, working closely with vendors and internal teams

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory with accuracy and efficiency

• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for daily technician dispatch

• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency

• Oversee fleet coordination, including scheduling maintenance, tracking inspections, and monitoring vehicle condition

• Enforce warehouse safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain preferred

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Experience with inventory systems or purchasing software; ServiceTitan experience is a plus

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

• Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and communication

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
