Scheduling Administrative Assistant

Summary
The Scheduling Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily operations by managing incoming client service requests and efficiently scheduling our field staff. This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client phone calls, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication regarding services
- Develop, maintain, and distribute the daily schedule for field service operations
- Prepare and track reports, and create organized project folders containing specifications and drawings
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical staff and management
Qualifications and Skills
- HS Diploma; Associate degree in Business Administration or related is ideal
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established procedures
- Must have good attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Compensation: $20 - 22 / hour
