As the Mobile Outreach Driver, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

1. Upholds a strong commitment to safety through responsible vehicle operation, applying defensive driving practices and maintaining awareness of road and environmental conditions
2. Ensures outreach services are delivered reliably by supporting timely transportation of staff, supplies, and program materials to a variety of community locations
3. Maintains vehicle readiness through consistent attention to cleanliness, functionality, and routine inspection practices
4. Demonstrates professionalism and accountability through accurate documentation, including logs, reports, and proactive communication with supervisors regarding schedules, vehicle needs, or concerns
5. Supports smooth outreach operations by assisting with preparation, organization, and general setup of mobile service environments

Meals on Wheels Driver Minimum Salary: $20.00 per hour

Meals on Wheels Driver Maximum Salary: $20.00 per Hour

Meals on Wheels Driver Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM (35 hours a week - 1 hour unpaid lunch)

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED; Associates Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• MUST have:
  • Valid NYS Driver's License
  • Proof of current car insurance and registration
  • Access to a reliable, working vehicle
