Executive Assistant to Investor Relations
We are partnering with an investment firm seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Investor Relations team. This is a high-visibility role supporting a fast-paced group responsible for external communications and investor engagement.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a polished, deadline-driven environment and enjoys being a true partner to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior members of the Investor Relations team
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Maintain and update CRM systems and investor contact databases
- Assist with investor meetings, roadshows, and event logistics
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and materials
- Serve as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting investment teams within the asset management space
- Strong CRM experience is required
- Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $130K - $160K TC, dependent on experience
