Partner with engineering, data, and AI/ML teams to platformize internal products, delivering modular services, APIs, and infrastructure that scale with the business.

Partner with the AI engineering team and engage in technical discussions on architectural decisions, model evaluations, system design, and the feasibility of new AI capabilities to ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and secure.

Operationalize an automated evaluation & safety framework that achieves high prompt-test coverage and surfaces unified usage, quality, cost, and latency dashboards.

Deploy AI-driven compliance automation that lowers analyst total-handling-time and application submission time.

Proactively identify business opportunities across the company, process gaps, roadblocks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies that will negatively impact risk and compliance platform efforts and mitigate them.

Act as the primary advocate for the platform's customers, including internal developers, data scientists, business operators, and future external partners.

Define and own the key metrics for platform success, including developer velocity, operational efficiency gains, tooling adoption, and the quality/safety of AI outputs.

Drive alignment on the AI strategy across Product, Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Go-to-Market teams. Communicate the platform's vision, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels, from individual engineers to the executive team.
