REQUIREMENTS
The role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Applications team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing, configuring, and improving our Salesforce environment, ensuring it supports business needs across multiple teams. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to optimize processes, maintain data integrity, and enable efficient use of Salesforce across the organization.
The day-to-day
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Handle configuration tasks such as page layouts, fields, workflows, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Maintain data quality, run regular audits, and manage records.
- Support users with troubleshooting, training, and best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Work with RevOps and SalesOps to improve integrations and automate processes.
- Monitor system performance and stay on top of Salesforce releases.
Ideally, we are looking for
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and best practices.
- Solid understanding of data management, security, and user administration.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
These would also be nice
- Experience with CPQ.
- Experience with implanting AI agents.
- Experience with Salesforce Forecast tool.
- Exposure to Salesforce integrations with other business systems (e.g., Call intelligence, Jira, Marketo, Planhat, Outreach, Docusign etc.).
- Additional Salesforce certifications.
Salary Range is 110-140k USD
