We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee the initiation and activation of new clinical trial protocols. This role involves a combination of data management and patient interaction, ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of study tools, including study binders, medication diaries, eligibility checklists, and flow sheets.

• Develop study tools using Oncore®, Excel®, and Word, in collaboration with the Research Nurse Clinician (RNC) and physicians.

• Review patients' charts and medical history to confirm protocol eligibility and obtain necessary source documents.

• Ensure IRB approved informed consent forms are properly obtained, signed, and documented.

• Maintain research records for all patients enrolled in studies, including patient consent, eligibility, and case report forms.

• Assist with grading adverse events and complete Serious/Unexpected Adverse Event forms as required.

• Provide regular reports to tumor study group members and Principal Investigators using Oncore®.

• Serve as a liaison with study sponsors, scheduling monitoring visits and conference calls, and responding to queries.

Essential Skills

• 4+ years of clinical research experience.

• 4+ years of oncology experience.

• Experience working with multiple EDC systems, including Medidata and Inform.

• Robust background in data management and coordination.

• Experience in recruiting, screening, and consenting patients for clinical trials.

• Blood processing experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree minimum.

• Experience in gynecology oncology is a plus.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Work Environment

The position requires being on-site in the Bronx four days per week. The role involves both clinic-based work and data management, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of bronx, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
