Senior Litigation Associate (Plaintiff-Side Employment Law)
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location: Hybrid in New York City (Lower Manhattan). You’ll work a set in-office schedule for collaboration and court-driven workflows, with flexibility to work remotely part of the week.
Note: Must be admitted to the New York State Bar and have 3+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff-side strongly preferred), including experience in NY state and/or federal court .

Job Description
- Conduct client consultations, assess claims, and help shape case strategy from day one
- Draft complaints, demand letters, discovery demands/responses, and dispositive motions
- Handle legal research and draft persuasive memoranda and briefing support
- Manage discovery workflows, including document review and production organization
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, and hearings
- Coordinate litigation deadlines and work closely with paralegals and support staff to keep matters moving
- Support trial preparation and case presentations as matters progress
- Mentor and supervise paralegals and law clerks as needed
Qualifications
- NY Bar admission in good standing
- 3+ years of employment litigation experience (Title VII, NYSHRL, NYCHRL strongly preferred)
- Strong drafting skills (pleadings, motions, discovery)
- Experience with depositions and mediations (at least exposure; more is a plus)
- Familiarity with NY state court and/or federal court practice
- Excellent client communication skills and a proactive, organized working style
