The Opportunity
As a Product Manager, you will own the execution of the product roadmap, lead large-scale initiatives, and define features for our FX product suite serving regional and community bank clients. Reporting to the CPO, you will play a critical role in shaping product strategy and ensuring successful delivery across the full product lifecycle.
This role requires strong leadership, a passion for market innovation, and a deep understanding of the needs of financial institution clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including engineering, support, sales, and marketing, to deliver high-impact solutions that align with our product vision and organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate is a confident, client-focused leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will guide the FX product team in delivering differentiated functionality, actively engage with clients and stakeholders, and use market insights to inform prioritization and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and document the full functional scope and lifecycle of the FX product from client onboarding through payment processing, including reporting requirements.
- Identify functional and operational gaps in the product, classify impact of each, and prioritize for the development team.
- Work closely with the implementation team to create repeatable processes and innovative tools to expedite client onboarding.
- Own and execute the FX product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Define product requirements and features grounded in client needs and market trends.
- Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to drive product success.
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate solutions.
- Assist Sales by demonstrating the product to potential clients and identifying points of friction in the Sales cycle.
- Measure product performance and refine strategy to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years relevant experience in product management
- Direct experience in payment processing or foreign exchange
- Excellent communications skills – written, verbal, and presentation
- Strong background in product development for the financial market
- Highly developed direct and indirect leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to innovate
- Knowledge of modern product management practices and Go-To-Market strategies
- Broad understanding of the commercial banking industry
Location
Hybrid in NYC or California

The expected salary for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 and is eligible for a discretionary bonus and equity. We will consider your skills, experience, and location when determining your pay.
