Job Title: Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager (Remote – US Based)
Location: Remote – Continental US
Compensation: 100% Commissions-based

This role is well-suited for someone who:
• Already has strong relationships in fabrication, metalworking, or industrial manufacturing.
• Prefers the flexibility of working remotely and setting their own pace.
• Is motivated by an uncapped earnings structure — the more you sell, the more you make.

We’re seeking an experienced and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager to help expand our presence in the precision manufacturing and metalworking industry. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based anywhere in the continental U.S. Candidates must have prior experience in a similar industrial or manufacturing sector and an existing book of business to draw from.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Your efforts will directly support our company’s continued reputation for high-quality work and reliable service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and market research

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business

  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients, aiming for profitable outcomes

  • Track all sales activities and customer data using Salesforce or a comparable CRM

  • Monitor industry and market trends to adjust sales strategies as needed

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting and timely product/service delivery

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in outside sales or account management—ideally within a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial services setting

  • A current portfolio or pipeline of potential clients (book of business)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet goals without close supervision
